Spine Hurts
Ugh. Looks like the damage I sustained when I got kicked out of the boat in a rapid yesterday was a little be more extensive than I expected. I landed on top of a rock and the part of my spine that wasn't cushioned by the life jacket got hit. I sacked up and didn't say anything yesterday b/c it really wasn't that bad, but now I am sore. Whatever. The pow-wow calls, and I need to work out and study. Lying on a bench press and sitting will suck though.

Kinda like breaking your spine from snowboarding at vail huh???
I distinctly remember hearing a snap, similar to a tree breaking but more boney and fleshy.
